July 29, 2012 Nice and clean environment Helpful staff, Value for money The first impression when we first entered the hotel was the staff were all cheerful and helpful. Their English standard was good and could provide us the information and direction we needed. We're upgraded to the room in top floor so we had to climb up the stairs but the room was bigger than the others. They helped us to carry all the luggages which we didn't find it's a problem. Most of the furnitures and facilities were in good condition except the water was not strong enough when having a shower. That's the only complaint after all. Free but strong wifi signal even in the bathroom. It's walking distance to the supermarket, Zen plaza and also Sinh Tourist. At the last day when we're having a rest at the lobby before we leave for the airport, we saw the hotel manager suddenly went out to the street. He crossed the road and showed the direction to a Western traveller. You can tell how nice the staff are. Hong Kong, Sik S. Couple |
