Job Responsibilities

Greets all guests
Makes beverages
Takes orders
Brings drinks, food, and dessert in a timely manner.
Enters and processes all food and beverage orders in the point-of-sale system.
Communicates with guests during their entire meal to ensure they are enjoying their food and dining experience. Prepares tables to ensure cleanliness and guest comfort while dining.
Delivers the check and processes payment promptly.
Trains new staffs
Cleans and keeps the restaurant clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times

Kitchen Staff

Job Responsibilities

Prepares, cooks and presents food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
Assists in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
Works safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the manager
Trains new staffs
Cleans and keeps the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times

Kitchen - Kitchen Leader

Job Responsibilities

Has overall responsibility for running the kitchen operations of a high-volume, upscale dining restaurant
Tracks and maintains food inventory
Schedules kitchen staff to cover shifts and meet labor budgets
Follows a pre-determined menu and occasionally creates special menu selections
Directs Line Cooks & make regular line checks, etc.
Meets other BOH responsibilities as needed to run an efficient and compliant kitchen
Trains and supports kitchen and pizza staffs

Requirement

At least 2 year experience as a kitchen staff
Able to communicate in English
Ability to train, motivate, and supervise kitchen team members
Has an experience in preparing fresh, made-from-scratch menu items
Ability to handle high-volume kitchen operations
Has an experience in food inventory and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Gas passion for service and uncompromising desire to serve the highest quality food
