“가격이 비싼건 단점”

“가격이 비싼건 단점”

제가 개인적으로 묵은 호텔중 제일좋았지만 단점이라면 하노이에 맞지않는 비싼가격
저렇게 웰컴장식이랑 편지를 줘요
전 제일 비싼 꼭대기룸에 묵었어요
성당에서 한시간마다울리는 종소리가 좋았어요

“Exceptional staff”

A friend of mine had stayed at the Cinnamon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and she had been so impressed that I decided to choose the Cinnamon Cathedral Hotel for my most recent trip to Ha Noi.

The rooms are spic-n-span clean, the location is footsteps away from the Cathedral and the breakfast is copious as well as delicious.

But the true delight with the Cinnamon Hotels can be found with the staff. Enough cannot be said for their cheery disposition, their helpfulness and their eagerness to please.

A wholehearted recommendation!

“Charming hotel and staff”

This is a beautifully presented hotel - large rooms, lovely decor, comfortable beds, good temperature control and cleaned to a high standard. This was my first stay in Vietnam and the helpful and energetic staff gave me a really great introduction to this wonderful country. There are some terrific small touches including the provision of a sheet with key Vietnamese phrases; on arrival the very friendly Mai took us through the pronunciation of just enough basic words. They offer a complimentary foot massage which was very vigorous but appreciated! The breakfast is generous and tasty.

The only real downside if you're a light sleeper is the early morning noise of the bells, particularly if you're in a room directly opposite the cathedral. However they thoughtfully provide ear plugs. The hotel is well located, in walking
distance of the lake and many great food options, as well as the Cathedral.

It is worth noting that there are two Cinnamon hotels a few doors apart on the same street. Both are excellent hotels but the Cinnamon Cathedral is more spacious and more recently renovated. We actually booked for the Cinnamon Hotel but were happily accommodated at the Cinnamon Cathedral on our first visit. When we returned a few days later we were put at the Cinnamon Hotel, as per our booking. This was also a lovely hotel but if there is availability, I would recommend you book into the Cinnamon Cathedral, in spite of those noisy bells.

“Perfect Location in Old Town”

We stayed here for 5 nights in February. This was our 5th hotel in 3 weeks, traveling through Cambodia and Vietnam.

So somehow I forgot to book an airport pick-up with the Cinnamon Hotel as I did all the other hotels.

While in the airport in Da Nang I emailed them and they said they would pick us up, awesome service on such short notice!

The hotel is in a great location in the old quarter near lots of shopping, a few blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake, tons of street food, The Cinnamon Hotel is very tall and narrow, like many other buildings in Vietnam.

There are only 3 rooms per floor and I think 6 or 7 floors. Our room was on the 3rd floor. They served us a sweet ginger tea during check-in, the bell-boy took our bags up those three flights of stairs! There is no elevator. They ask that you take off your shoes before you go upstairs.

You can store them in a locker at the bottom of the stairs or just carry them up to your room. They do have slippers to wear while you’re in you room. O

ur room was very spacious, a king bed and an additional twin for our daughter.

The room had sliding door out to a small balcony that overlooked St. Joseph’s Cathedral. The big bathroom was a bit dated, the bathtub/shower combo is a pretty big step up and into the tub. This hotel was pretty quiet, which we appreciated, except for the cathedral bells during the night and early morning. The wi-fi was a bit spotty. Breakfast was included, but it’s very limited. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give you a scroll that has a bedtime story on it, when you come in to the hotel for the night. Super cute! We booked a Street Food Tour with the hotel and highly recommend it, the food and egg coffee on the tour were very good! .

“Great location and great staff ”

5 trên 5 bong bóng

The Cinnamon Cathedral Hotel is centrally located, near many restaurants and a short walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the night life in Beer Street, but far enough away so that it is very quiet (save for the Cathedral bells).

Helpfully it was also close to an excellent pho restaurant, Phở 10 Lý Quốc Sư and a telecom where you can buy a cheap SIM.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

My room was upgraded on the second day for free.

The staff organised a motorbike tour and a walking tour for me at short notice (both of which were excellent). And they were also were helpful when I was running late for my flight out of Hanoi.

When I return to Hanoi I will definitely stay at the Cinnamon Cathedral Hotel.

Really lovely hotel

Really lovely hotel, was very clean and well equipped. The staff were all incredible and friendly, couldn't help me enough, especially as I was travelling on my own and being my first visit to the country. Highly recommend this hotel.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful experience at Cinnamon Saigon! Jenny and the staff took really care of us, and treated us like family. They were very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, and even basic lessons in Vietnamese pronunciation. The city was hot and deafening, but the rooms (we stayed in three different ones during successive stays) were cool, quiet and comfortable. Location was excellent and were able to walk or take a short cab ride to most of our destinations. I strongly recommend the Coconut Coffee served at breakfast!

Superb

Really lovely helpful kind staff. Day team and night team just delightful. Very comfortable clean room. They arranged airport pick up and a good tour of Mekong Delta. They went to the trouble of organising out onward train travel which involved a trip to the station. Just fantastic and do recommend.

服务热情周到

酒店们于市中心,去哪玩都很方便,服务员非常热情,仔细交待了各种需要注意的事情,特别是安排了一个女孩子陪我逛了一上午,真是非常周到。是一次不错的体验------

A great place to stay!

We stayed for 3 nights with the Cinnamon Hotel and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff are super friendly and will help you with any information or bookings for tours. We would come in to our room everyday with our towels folded in to animal shapes and the breakfasts were great! Our room was facing the street which mean that we could hear the traffic outside however it did not bother us. It is also a good 20-30 minute walk from the markets, great restaurants and tourist attractions. We didn't need to spend a fortune to stay either!

  • Great location. Stayed here one week. Service was exceptional. Happy Breakfast was great, food outstanding. The staff was SUPER! They were more than helpful in every way. We will stay here again when we come back.
  • Wonderful wonderful staff at a lovely hotel in great. I could not give this hotel enough credit. The staff were like family within 24 hours. They couldn't do enough and all the gorgeous personal touches they did for us.Loved it!
  • Excellent service and engagement from the Vietnamese staff. They were the highlight of our stay. Tastefully renovated interiors with large rooms and colonial features. Streetscape not brilliant, but a comfortable walk to most tourist destinations. Would definitely recommend as a boutique hotel experience in Ho Chi Minh.
