“A wonderful place to stay with the friendliest staff ❤️”

The hotel is located in a lovely, central area with beautiful views of the Cathedral. The room was beatifully decorated, clean & spacious. The breakfast was always fresh & delicious. The complimentary foot massage was beautiful and their fresh ginger tea was the best I had ever tasted. It was really thanks to the wonderful staff (Thuy, Sonny & team) that made our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Small classy hotel that's all heart”

This hotel is not just beautiful & refined, but the staff are too. Sounds soppy I know! Our family room was spacious, with generous beds & lovely linen. We overlooked the cathedral, but from a quiet street. We had a balcony & french doors! We had a shower & a bath in the large bathroom. All that can be seen from the photos.
The staff were the stand out. Special mention should go to Sony, Wang & T. Their english was excellent. Our needs not a problem. This hotel will look after you. Ginger tea on arrival. Evening news via a positive mindful story plus the weather across Vietnam for the next day. Hot chocolate before bed. Invitations to join the kitchen for their next cooking trials with their Foodie Tours in mind. Shower available if you need to freshen up prior to leaving Hanoi, when you booked out earlier that day. They have another Cinnamon a few doors away. We can't fault them. Made our stay in Hanoi a memorable one. Thank you!

The quintessential boutique hotel

This hotel just couldn't be better (perhaps except the sound of church bells at 5AM). The location is in the very center of the Old Town, walking distance to everywhere. Note that the entrance to the hotel is unassuming and easy to miss. It's a corner building. Room (the rooftop suite with beautiful view of the St. Joseph cathedral) was spacious, with high ceilings, tastefully decorated, with luxury bathroom. Impressive attention to detail. Church bell concerto at 5AM instead of wake up alarm. Hotel crew: really friendly, smiling, high spirit, English-speaking, professional, honest and ... beautiful! Breakfast: Included in the price, a la carte. Must try egg-containing Vietnamese coffee and Krys' chocolate. Price: While most hotels in Hanoi may be cheaper, the quality of this one fully justifies its price. Premises: beautiful wooden floors (you are asked to remove your shoes before climbing the staircase), squeaky clean everywhere. No elevator, but they are so motivated to help, I am sure they would carry you up if asked for (: Internet is of good quality and included in the price.
