“Great quality for the price”
The room was perfect and very clean.
The breakfast very great!
The location between old town and old French Quarter, at the foot of the Catholic Cathedral is great. We could not get better in the center, five minutes walk from the central Sword Lake. The latter has a lot of charm day and night and at the weekend, all its periphery is made exclusively to pedestrians where groups of dancers are formed.
The hospitality of the hotel is very friendly not to say welcoming.
We would not look elsewhere, we recommend it to our friends.
This hotel came recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. But the best part was the staff. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. Jenny in particular is great.
The staff always asked what our plans were so that they could offer advice, give directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. I found this especially reassuring since Ho Chi Minh can be a bit overwhelming at first. It was nice knowing people were looking out for us.
Arranging the airport transfer through the hotel was easy and saves the hassle of negotiating with a taxi.
I would definitely stay here again if I return.

Lovely little oasis of calm in hectic Saigon. Great location near cheaper eateries and quite near the posher restaurants and big tourist attractions in town. Great, surprisingly quiet room, small balcony but enough space to sit out next to the Jasmine and take in some passing HCMC life. Very hospitable hosts - thank you, Tina, Jenny and everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small-ish hotel, with tasteful styling and very centrally placed in D1. We had a side room, which faced the adjacent building but had the bonus of less street noise. There isn't a lift, in case that's important, but we found being on the 3rd floor no problem.
The staff are very warm and welcoming. Jenny and Kim helped us out with practicalities such as booking tickets for the Saigon Opera House. The SOH bizarrely cancelled a performance at short notice and negotiating an alternative date would have been very difficult without their help.
The simple breakfast was served in the Reception area, which doubles as a cafe during the day. Choice of one main (mostly egg-related; toast/baguette), dessert (e.g fresh fruit, which was dragonfruit and watermelon with yoghurt) and Vietnamese coffee.
They were very helpful on our last day, when we had our complimentary in-house foot massage and cocktail and use of a shower and towels before our late evening flight. Not the cheapest but excellent location, thoughtfully stylish and very friendly, helpful staff.
